Peter M. Fink. M.D., is a board certified pediatrician, psychiatrist, child psychiatrist, and forensic psychiatrist who co-founded the Isaac Ray Center's Custody Evaluation Project in 1981.
He is the former head of outpatient psychiatric services and the child psychiatry section of the Department of Psychiatry, Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center. Dr. Fink currently consults to the Rush Day School, a private Rush campus based school for profoundly emotionally disturbed children.
In addition, Dr. Fink has consulted and testified in the areas of child custody, physical and sexual abuse of children, closed head injury in children, childhood posttraumatic stress disorder, and the special needs of emotionally disturbed children within the educational system.
Dr. Fink graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University and received his M.D. degree from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Fink holds the rank of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Rush Medical College. He is married and the father of one son. |
